The Fitness Factory is a private training studio located in Salem, NH. This studio will give you the opportunity to train in a friendly, non-intimidating environment in order to help you reach your fitness goals. We offer a variety of group training programs at affordable prices to accommodate your busy schedule and budget.

If you would like a more personal touch we also offer 1on1 Personal Training packages at The Fitness Factory. Each session will include a personalized weight training program, cardio programming, nutritional guidance and accountability for fast results!
